摘  要:针对某商用车在执行欧洲经济委员会法规《关于对商用车驾驶室乘员保护方面的车辆认证的统一规定》(ECER29)的试验中出现的驾驶室与车架连接机构断裂的情况,建立了该商用车驾驶室正面摆锤撞击的有限元分析模型,按ECER29要求进行了虚拟试验。经计算分析,提出了改进悬置结构和增加吸能器2种驾驶室结构改进方案,并在仿真分析中得到了验证,为改进该商用车的被动安全性提供了依据。To study the failure of the linking mechanism between the cab and the frame of a commercial vehicle in a test carried out in accordance with regulation of the Economic Commission of Europe (ECE)--UNIFORM PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF VEHICLES WITH REGARD TO THE PROTECTION OF THE OCCUPANTS OF THE CAB OF A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE (ECE R29), a finite element analysis model of pendulum impact to the front of cab was established and a virtual test was carried out according to requirement of ECE R29. Based on the calculation and analysis, the paper proposes two improvements plans, one is to improve suspension structure of the cab, and the other is to add an energy-absorbing devices to prevent failm~ of the suspensions. The two plans were verified in the simulation analysis, providing basis for improving passive safety of the commercial vehicle.
