摘　　要：在日常生活中,人们为了加强人际交往间的相互了解和理解,通常会让自己或别人站在对方的角度去看待和思考问题,这就是通常所说的"换位思考"。在教学中,特别是在贯穿了情感因素的教学行为中,教师与学生之间如果能适时采取这样的方式,对教学效果往往能起到意想不到的积极作用。In order to increase the understanding between two parties, people in daily life usually make themselves or others take a stand on the other side to look upon or think about questions, which is generally called ＂transpositional thinking＂. In teaching behaviors, especially through which emotional elements run, if they can use this kind of ways at the right moment, the teacher and his/her students can really achieve the unexpected but positive teaching results.
