基层医院急诊临时输液区对新上岗护士的培训的实践

摘　　要：介绍了适合急诊临时输液区新上岗护士的培训方法;通过制定输液区护士的培训计划,对自2006年以来的25名新上岗护士进行岗前培训,考核上岗。有效提高了新上岗护士的实际工作能力及急诊输液区护理工作的整体素质,提高了患者的满意率,有效预防了医疗差错、事故的发生。The area is suitable for emergency temporary infusion of new posts for nurses training methods, through the development of transfusion district nurse training program right since 2006 induction of 25 new nurses in pre-job training, assessment posts.
