摘　　要：文章分析了当前独立学院数学与应用数学专业的现状和面临的挑战,从创新培养思维、突出人才培养特色、加强教师队伍建设三个方面,对独立学院数学与应用数学专业人才培养模式进行了思考和研究。This paper focuses on the thinking strategies and researches of the independent colleges from three aspects： developing creative thinking, the prominent features of professionas training, and strengthening the building of teaching profession.
