摘 要:建立了一种通用的刀具模型.在通用刀具模型的基础上,提出了一种求解五坐标数控铣削加工刀具扫描体的新方法.首先利用包络理论计算刀具扫描包络面在每个刀位点处的特征线方程,然后沿着特征线进行离散化获得一系列数据点,再用这些数据点构建B样条曲线组,此时特征线组和B样条曲线组所围成的空间网格即为最终的刀具扫描体.最后通过实例验证了本文所涉及到的刀具扫描体求解的正确性.A general cutter model was built. Usual cutters could be obtained by setting control parame- ters. Based on this, a new approach was presented to solve tool swept volume of five-axis NC milling. Firstly, the equation of the swept feature-line was calculated in terms of enveloping theory for each cutter-location point. Then a series of points could be obtained from the swept feature-line. B-spline curves were constructed with these discrete points, and a space reticulated description of tool swept volume was finally formed. The validity of solution to tool swept volume is verified by an example.
