摘　　要：采用MTT法筛选青梅对人肺腺癌细胞SPCA-1增殖抑制作用的有效部位。通过测定青梅叶和茎5种不同溶剂萃取物体外对SPCA-1的增殖抑制作用,确定其有效部位。结果显示:青梅茎乙醇总提物、青梅茎乙酸乙酯部位、青梅叶乙酸乙酯部位显示显著的增殖抑制作用。To screen the active sites of the anti-proliferative activity of Vatica mangachapoi Blanco on SPCA- 1 cells in vitro by MTT colorimetric assay. MTT assay was applied to screen the anti- proliferative effect of the five extracts of the leaves and stems of Vatica mangachapoi Blanco on SPCA-1 cell in vitro, then determine the active sites. Results showed： The ethanol extract ＆ ethyl acetate fraction of the stems and ethyl acetate fraction of the leaves show remarkable anti-proliferative effects on SPCA-1 cells.
