摘　　要：本文以湖北省襄樊市为例,对高职教育专业结构与产业结构的对接进行个案研究,阐述了襄樊高职专业结构在适应地方产业结构变动过程中存在的三大问题,并从调整专业结构、加强重点专业、控制专业数量等三个方面提出与地方产业对接的具体措施,以期实现专业结构与地方产业结构二者的协调发展。This essay studied the abutting joint of the professional and local industry and elaborated that there existed three problems in the process of the profession adapting to the local industrial structure in Xiangfan, and at the same time the author gave out the specific measurements on the abutting on the terms of readjusting the professional structure, strengthening the key majors and controlling the number of the major, so that the professional and local industrial structure can develop hand in hand.
