摘 要:《中医基础理论》涵盖了中医理论体系的核心内容,是对中医理论体系的概括和总结,也是中医药学类各专业的基础课程。以理论概括和总结作为入门课程,违背了"从具体到抽象,从经验到理论"的认知过程和教材编写原则。加之《中医基础理论》教材过于强调知识系统性的结构性缺陷,初学者接受困难一直是困扰教学的一大难题,影响了学生对中医学的学习兴趣和教学效果。所以《中医基础理论》教学必须坚持循序渐进的原则,这是课程的性质、内容和对象所决定的。Basic theory of TCM covers the core content of the theoretical system of TCM,and is not only the summary of the theoretical system of TCM but also the basis of various professional courses.It's contrary to the cognitive process and the principle of text book compilation to take the summary and generalization of theory as introductory course.In addition,Basic theory of TCM text book have the structure limitation of emphasizing on systematicness of knowledge excessively,so the beginner have difficult with comprehension to affect the interest of the TCM and the teaching effect.In a word,Basic theory of TCM teaching must insist on the principle of advancing step by step which is determined by the character,the content and the object of Basic theory of TCM.
