摘 要:直接以马尾松松节油为原料,对伞花烃为目的产物,进行Pd/C-H2SO4复合催化剂一步液相法催化异构-歧化的反应研究。采用均匀设计和回归分析方法,以蒎烯转化率和对伞花烃收率为指标,考察了催化剂用量、酸油比、搅拌速度、反应温度和反应时间对反应的影响,优化了反应的工艺条件,经优化筛选得到的最佳工艺条件为:Pd/C催化剂用量0.2%(以松节油质量计)、油酸比(V∶V)1.0∶1.0、搅拌转速500r·min-1、反应温度120℃、反应时间10h,蒎烯的转化率与对伞花烃的收率分别为99.03%、61.82%。Direct catalytic isomerization- disproportionation by liquid phase method over Pd/C- H2SO4 composite catalyzer was studied, using P.massoniana turpentine as raw material, p-cymene as target product.The influencing factors of reaction were investigated by uniform design and regression analysis algorithm and the reaction conditions were optimized, the conversion of pinene and the yield of p-cymene taken as indexes.The optimal processing conditions by optimizing and screening were as follow., temperature 120℃, catalyst content 0.2% (based on turpentine weight),1 : 1 ( by volume) of ratio of acid to oil reaction time10h and stirrer speed 500r · min^-1. Under the condition determined,the conversion of pinene and the yield of p-cymene were 99.03% and 61.82%, respectively.
