摘 要:本文采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,分别从外籍教师和学生的视角,对英语课堂言语互动满意度进行调查与分析,结果表明:外籍教师与学生对英语课堂言语互动的满意度较低。外籍教师认为影响课堂师生言语互动的主要因素为中国传统课堂文化、学生学习习惯及评价体制;学生则认为影响英语课堂言语互动的主要因素为学习心理特征、主体定位偏差和焦虑。作者在分析其原因的基础上提出相关教学建议,以期提高外籍教师与学生对英语课堂言语互动的满意度。Using qualitative and quantitative methods, the study surveys the extent of satisfaction of verbal interaction in English class from the perspective of both foreign teachers and their students, which suggests that both groups do not satisfy with the verbal interaction in the English classroom. Foreign teachers identified main factors affecting teacher--student verbal interaction as Chinese traditional classroom culture, students' learning habits and evaluation system while students identified main factors as students' mental characteristics,the deviation of the students' positioning and students' anxiety. The author explores the reasons and identifies some pertinent implications for both foreign teachers and their students with a view to improving the quality of classroom teaching and learning.
