摘　　要：高校二级学院教学管理队伍的建设是学分制实施的重要保障,而建设一支二级学院教学管理队伍最重要的举措是更新教学管理理念,优化教学管理结构,完善教学管理制度,加强教学工作运行机制,促进高校教学管理改革的顺利实施。The construction of teaching management team in subordinate college of university is the important guarantee of implement of credit system, and the most important step of building a teaching management team in subordinate college is to change the concept of teaching management,to improve the teaching management structure and system,to strengthen the teaching operating mechanism so as to promote the implementation of teaching management reform smoothly.
