摘　　要：In 1995 Liao Anping and Guo Zhong in [1] raised a problem that a class of left and right inverse eigenvalue problem for semipositive subdefinite matrices was not touched and wanted to research. In this paper, we will consider this problem.Problem I: given X, Z , Y, W , find A , such that AX=Z,Where The necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of this problem are obtained,the expression of the general solution of this problem is also given.In 1995 Liao Anping and Guo Zhong in [1] raised a problem that a class of left and right inverse eigenvalue problem for semipositive subdefinite matrices was not touched and wanted to research.
