摘　　要：本文中，首先给出了有限域Ｆｑ上的２ν维仿射辛空间ＡＳＧ（２ν，Ｆｑ）和２ν次仿射辛群ＡＳｐ２ν（Ｆｑ）的概念，然后讨论ＡＳｐ２ν（Ｆｑ）作用在ＡＳＧ（２ν，Ｆｑ）上的可迁性及一些相关的计数定理，最后给出应用仿射辛空间构作结合方案和认证码的例子．In this paper, the concepts of affine symplectic space ASG(2ν,Fq) and affine symplectic group AS P 2ν (Fq) over finite field Fq are given, the transitivity of AS P2ν (F q ) on ASG(2ν,F q) is discussed, and some Anzahl theorems in ASG(2ν,F q ) are obtained. Furthermore, an association scheme and authentication code are constucted from the affine symplectic space , and their parameters are also computed.
