摘　　要：研究一类具有阶段结构和脉冲免疫的SIR模型,利用比较原理得到此模型无病周期解全局吸引和系统持久的充分条件,并利用数值模拟验证结论.A class of SIR model with stage structure and pulse vaccination was investigated. By using comparison principle, the sufficient conditions of this model with global attractivity of infection-free periodic solution and system permanence were obtained. Numerical simulation was conducted to verify the result obtained.
