对高职教育培养目标的再认识

摘　　要：培养目标的确立是进行高职教育的核心问题。国家教育主管部门对高职教育的定位、西方主要工业发达国家高职教育的实践以及国家示范性职业技术学院培养目标均存在一定程度的模糊和分歧。高职教育培养目标应定位为高素质精技能应用型人才,要在重视职业性的前提下兼顾多元性、开放性,建立高职教育立交桥。The core problem in higher vocational education is to establish the goal of cultivation. According to the definition of higher vocational education made by national department of education administration, referring the practice of higher vocational education in developed countries, and with the perspective of goal of cultivation set up by the national model vocational education schools, the goal of higher vocational education should be positioned as applicable skilled talents with high quality. The features of plurality and opening should be given consideration under the condition of emphasizing the professional skills, thus to build a cross-bridge for higher vocational education.
