摘  要:实践能力偏低,已成为地方师范院校教师教育人才培养的明显"弱项",增强师范生的教育创新意识和教学实践能力,是提高地方师范院校教学质量的关键环节。培养师范生的从教能力和职业人格,要求地方师范院校基于现代教育理论构建教师教育全程教学实践培养体系,通过全程化、系统化、多样化的操作方式,培养学生的实践智慧,形成学生的实践品格。Low Practical ability, already became the significant weaknesses on teacher education training of local teachers colleges; To enhance teaching practice ability educational Innovation Awareness of students is the key how to improve the teaching quality of local teachers colleges. To culture teaching practice ability and occupational personality of students is based on construction of a modem educational philosophy in teaching practice of teacher education system throughout, Full and systematic, diversified mode of operation, strengthening students wisdom of practice, formating students of pactical character.
