摘　　要："学术职业"目前特指大学教师这一职业群体,其概念引入我国仅十几年光阴,对学术职业相关问题的研究目前并不广泛,研究者主要集中在华中科技大学团队。当前,学术职业的概念虽不完全明晰,但对其内涵的认识在逐渐深入;对大学教师的学术自由和学术道德则有多角度的研究;在高校教师聘任制下,传统的学术评价正面临着冲击。Academic Professionals refer to university teachers in particular now. It was introduced to China less than two decades ago. Nowadays, there haven＇t been many researches devoted to this topic, most of which are conducted by the researchers from Huazhong Science and Technology University. This paper is done on the basis of Professor Shen＇s. It summarizes most of the researches in recent ten years, discussing connotations of academic profession and different kinds of problems faced with universities, which were researched by most of researchers.
