摘　　要：和谐思维方式对于大学和谐文化建设具有重要的支配力和影响力。和谐思维方式既是文化建设所凭依的重要工具,也是大学文化和谐特质的一种体现。大学应当使和谐思维方式的特征及效用获得群体认同,进而在大学文化建设实践中建立一种为大家所普遍认同、普遍习用的思维模式。这种思维模式应当兼具辩证思维、系统思维以及创造性思维的一些基本属性,体现出包容互补、交流互动、协调有序、动态平衡的思维特征。The harmonious thinking style has essential dominance and influence on its cultural construction of university. The harmonious thinking style is both the important tool that cultural construction depends and the embodi- ment of university＇s harmonious features. In university, the characteristic and its effect should obtain the social iden- tify ,what＇s more ,the common thoughts of harmony will be built during the intercultural practice. This kind of think- ing style ought to posses the dialectic, systematic, and creative attributes for the sake of reflection on complementa- ry, interactive, coordinate and balanced points.
