摘　　要：《水路军事运输》优质课程建设以科学发展观为统领，以军事斗争水路运输准备为牵引，按照“以人为本”和全面发展的建设原则，坚持学历教育与任职教育相结合、教学与科研相结合、理论教学与实践性教学相结合，全面创新课程教学内容体系、教材体系、教学方法体系、考核体系，不断提高课程建设和人才培养的质量。Excellent courses construction of military waterway transportation is guided by the scientific development view and waterway transportation preparation in military struggle, In accordance with the principle of ＂human -oriented＂ and o- verall development, insists the combination of degree education and professional education, teaching and scientific re- search, theory teaching and practical teaching,brings forth new ideas in the teaching content system, the teaching material system, the teaching method system and assessment system, improves the course construction and talent training quality.
