摘 要:[目的]研究汉族武术散打运动员ACE(血管紧张素转化酶)基因I/D多态特点,为进一步深入探讨武术运动员的群体遗传背景提供理论依据。[方法]采用PCR法、DNA测序检测汉族武术散打运动员ACE基因I/D分布,并与普通人群、游泳、马拉松、举重运动员比较。[结果]武术散打运动员ACE分布与中国地区汉族普通人群比较具有极显著差异(P﹤0.01);与游泳、马拉松运动员比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),而与举重运动员比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]ACE基因DD型和D等位基因是散打训练敏感性遗传标记;不同专项运动员之间ACE基因多态分布不同。[Objective] To observe the characteristic distribution of I/D polymorphism of ACE(angiotensin-converting enzyme) gene in martial arts athletes with Han nationality,to supply theoretic baes for groups genetic background of martial arts athletes.[Methods] Distribution of I/D polymorphism of ACE gene in martial arts athletes was detected by PCR and DNA sequencing,compared with other groups such as ordinary people and other special athletes(swimming,marathon,weightlifting).[Results] Between martial arts athletes and controls with Han nationality in China,there was a very significant difference in the distribution of ACE gene(P﹤0.01);between martial arts athletes and swimming and marathon athletes,there was a significant difference in the distribution of ACE gene(P﹤0.05);in the distribution of ACE gene,the results showed no obvious difference between martial arts athletes and weight lifting athletes with Han nationality in China(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion] ACE-DD genotype and D allele are genetic markers of training sensitivity in martial arts;distribution of ACE gene is different between different types athletes.
