摘 要:目的了解高教园区大学生营养素养现状,评价营养健康教育效果,为有效改善大学生的营养健康状况提供科学依据。方法根据《2007年中国公民膳食指南》和《中国公民健康素养基本知识和技能》要求自制问卷,于2008年3-6月对宁波高教园区4所院校中参加选修课的120名学生,在进行营养健康教育前、后分别进行问卷调查和访谈。结果教育后学生得分显著提高。教育前后比较,营养知识(t=48.19,P<0.01)、态度(t=7.05,P<0.01)和行为(t=16.91,P<0.01)差异均有统计学意义。学生对营养素养健康教育普遍满意。结论借助选修课开展营养知识健康教育和健康饮食行为的引导是行之有效的。Objective To study nutritional attainment status of college students in university-town and evaluate the effect of nutritional health education, in order to provide scientific basis for promoting college students nutritional health status. Methods A questionnaire was designed according to 2007 chinese citizen dietary guideline and chinese citizen health attainment basic knowledge and skill. Nutritional health education was conducted in Ningbo university-town from March to June , 2008. A total of 120 students were surveyed by the questionnaire and interviewed before and after education. Results The scores of nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior were significantly higher after education { P 〈 0.01 ). Most students was satisfied with nutritional attainment health education. Conclusion It is effective to conduct nutritional knowledge health education and guide healthy dietary behavior by taking public elective course.
