摘　　要：人际交往能力是大学生走出校门,步入社会所必备的技能,是大学生获取知识、谋求技能、规划职业、施展才能的关键。如何在学校引导大学生合理利用闲暇时间提升人际交往能力,应作为高校闲暇教育研究的重点之一,学校应以提高学生利用闲暇时间培养人际交往能力的意识为前提,在理论教学与实践指导相结合的基础上,变被动学习为主动体验,着力为学生搭建提高沟通技能的有效平台,以培养适应时代及社会需求的创新型人才。Intercourse abilities are necessary capacities for undergraduates to survive when they come upon the stage. And also, they are the key for them to obtain knowledges, obtain skills, plan for career and show their abilities. Therefore, how to guide the students to use the leisure time reasonably to promote their intercourse abilities adequately should be deemed as one of the most important things for education research in universities. Based on the premise of raising students＇ consciousness in developing intercourse abilities and the combination of theoretical teaching and practical guidence, the school should change passive learning into initiative experiencing and establish a platform indeed to develop communication skills for students to cultivate the creative talents who adapt to the time and the society.
