摘  要:回归型最小二乘支持向量机具有在较少学习样本下建立模型的能力和较强的泛化能力。提出了一种基于最小二乘回归支持向量机的机载火控系统作战效能评估模型。首先分析了影响飞机火控系统作战效能的主要因素,建立了飞机火控系统作战效能评估的指标体系,然后利用支持向量机建立与这些指标之间的非线性映射模型来对飞机火控系统的作战效能进行预测。仿真实例验证了该方法的适用性和结果的可靠性。The Least Square Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM) can build up model with relative less data samples and has a good generalization capability. Considering the advantages of it, a model was established based on LS-SVM for evaluating the operational effectiveness of airborne Fire Control System (FCS). The main factors that have effect on operational effectiveness of airborne FCS were analyzed, and then the index system for evaluating the operational effectiveness was built up. The non-linearity mapping model between the factors and SVM was established for predicting the operational effectiveness of airborne FCS. Simulations showed the applicability of the model, and proved that the result is reliable.
