摘　　要：中国的银行卡产业在全球产业的背景下如何适应全球化的挑战,实现产业升级正是我们要研究的课题,而全球价值链的兴起为银行卡产业升级提供了一种分析工具。本文分析了目前我国银行卡产业的现状,根据GVC和产业升级的理论,指出了我国银行卡产业嵌入GVC以促进产业升级的路径。China＇ s bankcard industry in the context of globalization of industry how to adapt to the challenges of glabalization, industrial upgrading is we have to study the subject, and the GVC theory for the rise of China＇ s industrial upgrading provides a analysis tools. The paper analyzes actuality of Chi- nese bankcard industry, then, this paper suggests measures to upgrade bankcard industry based on the analysis of the major problems facing Chinese bankcard industry and the GVC.
