摘　　要：针对下运带式输送机制动过程难以控制的现象,提出了由可编程控制器控制的闭环控制系统,并对其结构与原理进行了分析;论述了盘式制动系统液压站的制动原理及工作过程,并提出了控制系统的软件设计方案。For it is difficult to control the braking process of the downward belt conveyor, this paper puts forward the closed loop control system controlled by PLC and analyses its structure and principle. Besides, it also describes the braking principle and the working process of the hydraulic station in the disc braking system and presents the software design of this control system.
