摘 要:针对抄纸过程中的水分定量控制对象是一个具有强耦合、非线性、大时滞的难控制对象,提出一种改进型模糊免疫PID控制方法,这种方法用三输出的模糊控制和免疫PID控制相结合的方法,避免了常规模糊免疫控制器只相当于一个非线性P控制器的缺点,能充分发挥PID三个参数的自适应性能;最后将这种方法对抄纸过程的水分定量控制进行了仿真研究,结果表明,该方法比传统模糊免疫PID有更好的自适应性,具有超调小、响应快等优点,对多变量耦合系统具有较强的自适应性、解耦和鲁棒性。Quantification of Moisture in Paper Process is featured with strong coupling, nonlinear and large time delay. And the shortcoming of traditional fuzzy immune PID controller which use only one nonlinear P controller should be avoided. A sort of improved fuzzy immune PID controller is proposed which combined three output fuzzy control strategy with immune mechanism. The controller adjusts the three parameters respectively online by immune feedback and fuzzy control law. And, the maximum effect of PID controller has been explored by the three parameters of PID. At last, simulation has been done based on the system of Quantification of Moisture in Paper Process. The simulation results prove that this method, compare with traditional FI PID, has better adaptability, smaller overshoot and faster response. For the multi variable coupling system, it has the decoupling ability and robustness.
