摘 要:舰炮自动化弹库在转运过程中,要求伺服系统具有较高的转运效率和较高的位置跟踪精度,并在5级海况的干扰下仍然能够正常工作.基于上述条件,该文首先分析了在5级海况下,电机轴负载力矩的变化情况.并运用矢量控制的方法,建立自动化弹库三闭环结构的永磁同步电机伺服系统模型.位置环采用模糊自适应PI控制器,提高系统快速性,提高弹库的转运效率;并设计负载观测器,在速度环采用前馈控制,达到抗海况干扰的作用.利用MATLAB/Simulink进行了系统仿真,仿真结果表明:该方法提高了自动化弹库伺服系统的快速性,能够较好地抑制海况导致的负载扰动.In the process of shell-transportation, the servo system should have higher operation efficiency and position tracking accuracy, and be able to operate normally in the disturbance of five scale of sea state. In view of the above condition, the authors firstly analyzed the change of load torque of the servo motor shaft under the five scale of sea state, and then established a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo system model with three-closedloop structure of automatic magazine by the vector control method. Fuzzy adaptive PI controller is adopted in the position loop, which can improve the system's rapid response and the transport efficiency of magazine; and the load observer and feedforward controller are used in the current loop for enhancing the robustness of the system, so as to resist the disturbance of sea state. The simulation was carried out by MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results show that this method can improve the servo system's rapid response and restrain load disturbance caused by state of the sea.
