医院管理部门突发公共卫生事件知识网络应用研究:以甲型H1N1流感防控为例

摘　　要：当前社会突发公共卫生事件时有发生,医院作为突发卫生事件应急处理的专业技术机构,在应急处理中肩负着救治、监测、控制、预防,与其他部门配合等多项任务。本文以知识网络的理论为基础,以甲型H1N1流感防控为例,通过文献复习、问卷和访谈的方式,确定医院管理部门在突发公共卫生事件中的职能框架及操作流程、知识需求及知识供给,据此绘制知识网络图。对知识网络构建和应急知识跨部门传递与共享进行分析和探讨。The outbreaks of public health incidents occur frequently nowadays,as professional and technical institutions to deal with health emergencies,hospital take the main responsibility for medical treatment, monitor, control, prevention and meet with other departments. Based the theory of knowledge network which demonstrate by an example of prevention and control of H 1 N 1 type A influenza,this paper analyze and probe into the construction of knowledge network,transformation and sharing of emergency knowledge in multi-sectoral among the hospital administrative departments.
