摘  要:目的:考察中小学教师职业压力、人格特征和职业倦怠的关系。方法:运用中小学教师职业压力问卷、中小学教师职业倦怠问卷和艾森克个性问卷对378名中小学教师进行问卷调查。结果:职业倦怠与压力各层面及人格特征的精神质、神经质成显著正相关,与人格特征的内外向性、掩饰性成显著负相关。教师压力、人格特征的不同方面对职业倦怠的不同维度具有预测作用。结论:教师的人格特征对职业压力和职业倦怠起间接的调节作用,培养教师的健全人格是减少教师职业倦怠的重要途径之一。Objectives:To analysis the relation between teachers' occupational stress, personality characteristics and occupational burnout. Methods:Using primary and secondary school teachers' practicing stress&burnout questionnaire; eysenck personality questionnaire as the large sample questionnaire survey to 378 elementary and middle school teachers. Results:There was significantly positive correlation be- tween burnout and stress, personality characteristics of P and N, while there was significantly negative correlation between burnout and personality characteristics of E and L. Both occupational stress and personality characteristics could predict occupational burnout. Conclusions: The personality characteristics of teachers had adjustment function between the occupational stress and burnout. Well personality characteristics could decrease the burnout level.
