摘　　要：目的:考察中小学教师职业压力、人格特征和职业倦怠的关系。方法:运用中小学教师职业压力问卷、中小学教师职业倦怠问卷和艾森克个性问卷对378名中小学教师进行问卷调查。结果:职业倦怠与压力各层面及人格特征的精神质、神经质成显著正相关,与人格特征的内外向性、掩饰性成显著负相关。教师压力、人格特征的不同方面对职业倦怠的不同维度具有预测作用。结论:教师的人格特征对职业压力和职业倦怠起间接的调节作用,培养教师的健全人格是减少教师职业倦怠的重要途径之一。Objectives：To analysis the relation between teachers＇ occupational stress, personality characteristics and occupational burnout. Methods：Using primary and secondary school teachers＇ practicing stress＆burnout questionnaire; eysenck personality questionnaire as the large sample questionnaire survey to 378 elementary and middle school teachers. Results：There was significantly positive correlation be- tween burnout and stress, personality characteristics of P and N, while there was significantly negative correlation between burnout and personality characteristics of E and L. Both occupational stress and personality characteristics could predict occupational burnout. Conclusions： The personality characteristics of teachers had adjustment function between the occupational stress and burnout. Well personality characteristics could decrease the burnout level.
