摘　　要：提出虚拟企业运营中的协作风险评价指标体系。该指标体系由三级指标构成,旨在考察、评价虚拟企业运营中成员企业之间的协作风险。在构建的虚拟企业运营协作风险评价指标体系的基础上,以某一虚拟企业实例进行评价并得出实证研究评价结果。The thesis has put forward the system of the cooperation risk of the evaluation indexes in the performance of the virtual enterprises. The index system consists of three different levels of index, the purpose of it is to examine and evluate the coorporation risk among members in the performance of the virtual enterprises. On the base of the constructed system, the research takes a vritual enterprise as a case to evaluate it and concludes a evaluation result of the authentic proof.
