摘  要:教学督导是高校教学质量监控体系的重要组成部分,是学校为了全面贯彻国家的教育方针,依照有关规定对教学活动全过程及其管理进行监督、检查、评估、指导,从而保证教学质量,促进学校发展的一种制度。结合沈阳医学院十年教学督导工作的实践与成效,根据新形势下医学院校教学督导工作的特点,探索高校督导制度的必要性建立、发展规律和特点,完善教学督导工作,充分发挥教学督导在学校教学质量保障中的作用,提高学校教学质量。Teaching supervision, as a major component of teaching quality supervision system in higher education, is a system that guarantees the quality of teaching and promotes the development of higher educational institutions. By completely carrying out the national education poli- cies, teaching supervision, in accordance with relevant regulations, supervises, examines, evaluates and guides the entire process of teaching activities and their management. Combining the practice with achievements of ten years' teaching supervision activities in our college with the characteristics of medical colleges teaching practice in the new situation, this paper mainly explores the necessity of the establishment of the system and the rules, patterns and characteristics of development in teaching supervision. These explorations perfect the teaching supervision activities, fulfill the function of teaching supervision in teaching quality guarantee system and, consequently, improve the teaching quality in our college.
