团队社会网络对团队知识共享作用机制的实证研究

摘　　要：从团队社会网络角度出发,基于团队共享心智模型,研究了团队社会网络对团队知识共享的作用机制。研究发现共享心智模型在社会网络和知识共享之间起到一定的中介作用,并且团队社会网络的一般异质性和共享心智模型的形成之间没有显著的负相关关系,团队社会网络的专长异质性和联系强度与共享心智模型的形成有显著的负相关关系。共享心智模型和知识共享之间有显著的正相关关系;团队社会网络的一般异质性和知识共享之间没有显著的负相关关系,而社会网络的专长异质性和联系强度和知识共享之间有一定程度的正相关关系。Proceeding from the social network angle of the team, and based on the shared mental model, this paper studies the functional mechanism of social network to knowledge sharing in the team. The result reveals the shared mental model plays a certain intermediary role between social network and knowledge sharing. And there is no significant negative correlation between the general heterogeneity of social network and the formation of shared mental model, but significant negative correlation between the expertise heterogeneity and liaison strength of social network and the formation of shared mental model. There is significant positive correlation between shared mental model and knowledge sharing, but no significant negative correlation between the general heterogeneity of social net- work and the knowledge sharing, however, there is certain degree of positive correlation between the expertise heterogeneity and liaison strength of social network and the knowledge sharing.
