摘　　要：成人教育的对象是"成人",以满足成人的学习需要为基本目标,但在当前的成人教学实践中,存在着大量偏离"成人"和成人发展需求的现象,导致成人教学质量下滑,成人教育功能发挥受阻。成人教学迫切需要在教学目标、教学内容、教学方式等各个环节进行全面改革和创新,切实改善成人教学效果,提高成人教育质量,彰显成人教育价值。＂Adult＂ is the object of adult education, whose basic goal is to meet the learning needs of adult. However, in the current practice of adult education, there exists deviation from ＂adult＂ and their development needs, which leads to decline in the quality and disruption in the function of adult education. In order to improve the effectiveness of adult teaching and the quality of adult education, and to highlight the value of adult education, it urgently needs comprehensive reform and innovation in the teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and other aspects.
