摘　　要：以实地调查数据为基础,分析了公众所获乳产品信息的量和质水平,以多分类logistic模型考察了信息传递与乳产品安全管制绩效的关系。研究表明政府向公众传递信息的量和质水平均较低,乳制品监管信息显著地影响了公众对乳产品安全管制绩效的感知。最后,根据研究结论提出了一些对策。Based on the research of field data, this paper analyzes the quantity and quality level of dairy products＇ information obtained by the public, and explores the relationship between information transmission and the effectiveness of dairy food safety management by the multinomial logistic model. The research indicates that the quantity and quality level of information obtained by the public from the government is low, and the information of dairy product supervision has greatly influenced the public＇s perceptions of the effectiveness of the dairy safety management. Finally, some countermeasures are provided.
