摘 要:本文以绵马贯众为研究对象,分别采用Folin-ciocalteu法、NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色法测定绵马贯众水、乙醇两种提取物中多酚及黄酮含量,并通过还原能力测定、超氧阴离子、DPPH·及·OH生成体系对其抗氧化活性进行研究。结果表明:绵马贯众两种提取物均具有较强的清除DPPH·自由基能力、清除超氧阴离子能力和还原活性,其对DPPH·清除能力均明显高于阳性对照BHT。水提物中的黄酮及多酚含量、对DPPH·的清除能力、对超氧阴离子的清除活性和还原能力均高于醇提物,两种提取物均具有较强的抗氧化活性。The aim of this study is to evaluate the antioxidant activity of the aqueous and ethanol extracts isolated from Dryopteris crassihizoma Nakai. The total phenol and flavonoids contents of the extracts were determined by the Folin-Ciocalteu and NaNO2-A1( NO3 ) 3-NaOH colorimetric method,respectively. Antioxidant capacity of the extracts was assessed by the method of reducing power assay,scavenging effects on DPPH ·, · OH and superoxide anion radicals. The aqueous and ethanol extracts of D. crassihizoma have the higher scavenging activity for DPPH . than the positive control BHT. In addition, the aqueous extract contained higher phenolic and flavonoid contents, stronger reducing power and scavenging effects on DPPH and superoxide anion radicals than the ethanol extract, both of them did not show scavenging effects on · OH radicals. It showed that both the aqueous and ethanol extracts of D. crassihizoma possess significant antioxidant activities.
