甘肃不同产地金色补血草提取物抗氧化性研究

摘  要:本文采用H2O2/Fe^2+/水杨酸检测体系,氯化硝基四氮唑蓝光还原法以及卵黄脂蛋白不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)过氧化体系对金色补血草乙醇提取物清除羟自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(O2)以及抑制卵黄脂蛋白脂质过氧化(LPO)作用的效果进行了测定。结果表明,不同地理种源的金色补血草总黄酮、总酚含量具有显著的差异,两产地金色补血草提取物均具有较好的抗氧化能力,对O2的清除作用最好,对卵黄脂蛋白LPO的抑制率次之,对羟基自由基清除效果较差。甘谷和民勤产地的金色补血草乙醇提取物,在清除率达到50%时对哦’抑制所需提取物含量分别为11.88和11.18μg,对卵黄脂蛋白LPO的抑制率达到50%时所需提取物含量分别为37.51和32.71μg;对羟基自由基的清除作用民勤高于甘谷。该结果显示金色补血草乙醇提取物具有较好的抗氧化作用,但对其资源的开发,要考虑种质来源。The method of H2 02-Fe^2 + reaction system and fight reduction of nitro blue tetrazolium chloride and the system of lipid peroxide were used to measure the anfioxidation of the alcohol extract of L. aureum from different areas. The results showed that the contents of total flavone and total hydroxybenzene in flower of L. aureum, from different provenguce were difference, alcohol extract of L. aureum from different areas had scavenging action, and its scavenging percent on radical decreases in order of O2 〉 lipid peroxidation of lecithin lipoprotein 〉 · OH . The alcohol extract of L. aureum from different areas scavenging percent on O2 achieved 50% that need the drug concentrations respectively is 11. 88 μg (Gangu) and 11.18 μg( Minqin), and inhibiting percent on lipid peroxidatlon of lecithin lipoprbtein achieved 50% that need the drug concentrations respectively is 37.51 it.g(Gangu) and 37.21 wg(Minqin) ;but it scavenging action on· OH is slightly high in Minqin than Gangu. It was demonstrated that the alcohol extracts from L. aureum had antioxidation action.so when developing the resources of this plant, the places that the plant grown mast be thought.
