摘　　要：伴随着高校后勤社会化改革,高校物业管理朝着社会化、市场化方向发展也成为必然趋势。本文站在高校物业管理的视角,分析了高校物业管理的起源、特点及发展现状,重点在高校物业发展的战略层面提出了其未来发展趋势,并就如何发展和提升高校物业管理企业的水平做了务实的路径设计。With the reform of university logistics socialization, colleges and universities property management towards the socialization and market-oriented development has become an inevitable trend. This paper analyzes the origins, characteristics and development status in colleges and universities property management . It focus on the strategic dimensions of the future development trends and make a detailed path design on how to develop and upgrade the level of university property management companies.
