摘　　要：本文运用拉卡托斯的科学研究纲领分析了图里理论中的“规范”，指出了其中预先规范和初始规范存在的问题，揭示了图里理论的演变过程。运用科学研究纲领的分析方法，一方面，有助于深化对描述翻译学的理解；另一方面，印证了运用研究纲领对翻译理论进行批评的可行性问题。This paper analyzes the norms in Toury＇s theories, and points out the problems of preliminary and initial norms and the development of Toury＇s theories from the perspective of the methodology of scientific research programes. The analysis, on the one hand, contributes to the understanding of descriptive translation studies, and confirms the feasibility of criticizing translation theories by employing research programes, on the other.
