摘　　要：为了探索提高高职助产专业人才培养质量的有效途径,对2004-2006级学生进行了“三强一高”职业实践能力培养模式的研究与实践,提高了学生的专业实践能力、职业操作能力、岗位应用能力和综合素质。In order to explore an effective way of improving personnel training quality of midwifery specialty in Zibo Vocational Institute,the students enrolling between 2004 and 2006 received ＂three strong and one high＂ training model. As a result,the students improved their specialized practice abilities,professional operating abilities,post application abilities,and comprehensive quality.
