摘　　要：近年来,我国高职教育规模发展迅猛,但教学模式并没有摆脱传统学历教育,这对高职学生成功就业产生了很大影响。本文结合我院计算机多媒体技术专业近几年专业培养方案的修订,从培养目标定位、能力分解表的制定、课程的合理设置和教学手段的现代化四个方面提出了如何提高高职教学效果,培养出合格的计算机多媒体技术专业人才。In this years, the vocational education in China developed faster and faster, but the mode of education still acts as academic qualification, and this makes great influence to vocational education. This paper gives some suggestions in four aspects about how to educate eligibility students, on the practice of the reform about our Computer multimedia technology professionals education program.
