摘  要:电磁馈能式悬架是一种能够回收汽车垂直振动能量的新型悬架系统。阐述了电磁馈能式悬架的工作原理、结构及设计方案,并建立了电磁馈能式悬架模型。运用CARSIM及MATLAB/SIMULINK等仿真软件,分析了电磁馈能式悬架的节能情况。结果表明,电磁馈能式悬架能够在一定程度上回收振动能量。经分析可知,结构阻尼、馈能元件阻尼器及充电电路性能是影响馈能元件能量回收效率的主要因素。The energy regenerative suspension is a new type of suspension system, which can recover the vertical vibration energy of vehicle. The operating principle, structure and design plan were described in the paper, and a model of the electromagnetic energy regenerative suspension was built. Energy saving potential of this suspension has been studied by simulation with CARSIM and MATLAB/SIMULINK software. The result shows that the electromagnetic energy regenerative suspension can recover some of the vibration energy. It is known from simulation results that structural damping, energy regenerative element damper and charging circuit performance are the main factors which influence energy regeneration efficiency of energy regenerative elements.
