摘  要:针对半挂汽车列车弯道行驶稳定性差的问题,运用仿真分析软件ADAMS建立了半挂汽车列车整车模型,通过对比稳态转向特性试验和制动效能试验的仿真结果与实车试验结果,验证了仿真模型与实车的一致性。分析了弯道行驶工况下轴偏角对半挂汽车列车折叠角和转向特性的影响,结果表明,半挂车轴偏角的方向与半挂汽车列车的转向一致时,半挂汽车列车折叠角增大,有利于半挂汽车列车的行驶稳定性。To address the poor stability when the semi-trailer train runs in a curve, a semi-trailer train model was established with simulation analysis software ADAMS. By comparing the simulation results from steady-state steering tests and braking efficiency tests with the real vehicle tests, the consistency of the simulation model and the real vehicle was verified. And the influence of axial deviation angle on folding angle and steering characteristic when the tractor-semi trailer runs in a curve was analyzed. The results show that when the axial deviation angle is consistent with the steering direction of semi-trailer train, the semi-trailer train folding angle increases, which is helpful to the driving stability of semi-trailer train.
