摘  要:目的探讨实习生带教新模式-医生-患者-护士三维立体带教模式应用的效果。方法采用医生-患者-护士三维立体带教模式对进入我院结核4区实习的护生进行带教。护生进科后首先跟随带教医生进行4d的医生阶段的实习;之后3d与患者床边沟通、聊天,全面了解患者的生理、心理和社会方面的问题;之后开始由带教护士进行护理工作的带教。结果医生、患者和护士对在我院结核4区实习的护生的评价分数显著高于其他科室对护生的评价分数;在结核4区实习的护生对实习科室实习效果的评价分数也显著高于对其他科室实习效果的评价分数。结论医生-患者-护士三维立体带教模式克服了传统带教模式存在的部分弊端,有助于护生提高实习质量,是护生带教模式的一种突破。Objective To discuss the new clinical teaching method of doctor-patient -nurse threedimensional model in nursing student. Methods The clinical teaching method of doctor-patient-nurse mode was implemented in nursing students who practice in the forth districts of tuberculosis of our hospital. First, nursing students were followed by doctors in the first 4 days ; then they communicated with patients in the next 3 days for realizing the patients' problems of physical, psychological and social ; after that they were studyed with their nursing teacher in practice. Results Doctors, patients and nurses' evaluation of the nursing students in the forth districts of tuberculosis was significantly higher than other districts ; and their practical effection was also obviously higher than other districts. Conclusions The clinical teaching method that doctor-patient-nurse three- dimensional model can avoid some shortcomings of traditional model. It' s benefit for improving the quality of clinical practice.
