摘 要:为了研究柔性索对空间索杆铰接式伸展臂力学特性及稳定性的影响,对伸展臂自平衡状态的受力情况进行分析,计算出满足伸展臂承载结构的最小索拉力设计值.计算表明,伸展臂展开驱动力矩随索拉力的增加而成比例增大;伸展臂的轴向拉伸刚度、剪切刚度和扭转刚度随着索的抗拉刚度增加而增大;静刚度实验表明索张力对静刚度几乎没有影响.仿真分析表明,增加斜拉索直径可以提高伸展臂的扭转振动频率,而斜拉索直径及张力对伸展臂的弯曲和轴向振动频率影响较小.对不同索张力的伸展臂桁架单元进行了动力学试验,验证了仿真分析的正确性.伸展臂铰接结构受力分析表明,增大索张力有利于提高伸展臂稳定性.To investigate the influence of flexible cables on mechanical properties and stability of space cablestrut deployable articulated mast,the minimum design value of the cable prestress which satisfies the mast bearing structure requirement has been calculated based on the self-balance mechanics analysis of mast.Results indicate that the driving moment increases with the linearly increased cable prestress.The axial stiffness,shearing stiffness and tortional stiffness of mast increase with the increasing axial extensional stiffness of cable.Statics experiments indicate that the cable prestress has nearly no influence on the static stiffness of mast.Simulation analysis show that increasing the cable diameter can enhance the tortional vibration frequency of mast sufficiently,while the cable prestress and cable diameter have little influence on bending vibration frequency and axial vibration frequency.Dynamics tests on the mast truss bays with different cable prestresses have verified the correctness of simulation.The structural mechanics analysis of mast joint show that increasing the cable prestress is advantageous to the improvement of mast stability.
