摘　　要：文章对“2＋X”模式理科实验班的办学特色进行了深入研究。笔者从培养定位、遴选方式、培养方案、师资队伍、配套政策和毕业流向等方面，对不同理科实验班的特点进行了比较分析；分析了实验班拔尖创新型人才的四个典型特征，即鲜明的个性、扎实的基础、创造性的思维和实践的能力，并针对如何凸显这些特征提出了相应的意见和建议。The paper researches on the characteristics of experimental classes of sciences with ＂2 ＋ X＂ mode. The paper compares the characteristics of different experimental classes from the aspects of training ori- entation, selection procedures, training scheme, teaching force, corresponding policies, and employment direction, analyzes four typical characteristics of innovative elitist talent, namely, vivid individuality, solid foundation, creative thinking, and practical ability, and puts forward some suggestions on how to make these characteristics outstanding.
