摘  要:目的:首次系统研究蛹虫草液体菌种制备及发菌、出草等人工栽培全过程中所必需的适宜碳源。方法:以葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、淀粉等常见碳源为实验组,比较观察菌种质量、菌丝生长状况、发菌及出草情况。结果:各种碳源对蛹虫草菌丝体生长均有促进作用;液体菌种培养基中添加适量葡萄糖为佳;栽培培养基中添加适量蔗糖或葡萄糖为佳。结论:液体菌种培养基及栽培培养基中添加适量小分子碳源具有促进菌丝生长、提高出草品质的作用。Objective:The first systematic study of Cordycps militarisc Link the liquid preparation and mak- ing out of grass and other artificial cultivation of bacteria which is necessary for the appropriate carbon source throughout the process. Methods. Common glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose, starch and other carbon source and so on for the experimental group, compared the quality of Cordycps militarisc Link, mycelial growth condi- tions and germination of hair. Results:The experiment proves that a variety of nitrogen sources have a certain role in promoting growth of cordyceps; But it is better to add an appropriate amount of glucose for the liquid medium;And it is the best to add an appropriate amount of sugar or glucose for the culture medium. Conclu- sion:The liquid bacteria culture medium and culture medium of adding some small molecule compound with a carbon source are helpful for mycelial growth and improving the quality of the role of a grass.
