摘　　要：文章通过开放式调查、文献综述、专家咨询等方式提出了当前青年职业价值观的理论构想,以此为基础自编青年职业价值观初始问卷,并用于大学生、中学生及在职青年调查,对调查数据统计分析后发现:当前青年职业价值观维度有六个,基本符合最初的理论构想,该研究所形成的问卷具有良好的信度和效度。Based on an open-ended questionnaire survey, overviews of former studies, counseling of experts and so on,the authors brought up a theoretical hypothesis about the youth＇ s work values. The youth＇ s work values questionnaire is worked out based on the hypothesis,surveyed in college and middle school students and young employees. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis showed that youth＇ s work values are composed of six factors which well met the original construct. The self-made questionnaire had high reliability and fair validity.
