摘　　要：课程考试工作管理是医学院校一项基本的教学管理。广州医学院通过在教务处设立考试管理职能科室考务科,健全考试工作全过程管理规章制度和各环节质量评价标准,建设基于网络运行的主要课程试题库,实行计算机阅卷、成绩分析和成绩管理,坚持考试分析与总结、评估制度等措施,建立了全面管理、全程监控的课程考试工作管理模式,保证了课程考试工作质量和管理效能。The course examination management is the basic part of teaching management. In order to improve the regulation and the quality assessing standard of all sectors across the whole process of examination management, the authors have established examination database of the main courses by network and practice examination papers inspection, score analyzing and sore management by computer. All the examination results will be counted, summarized and accessed. A sector of examination affairs has been established in the academic office in G .u^gzhou Medical College, which regulates all affairs related to examination. The teaching quality and the management efficiency of examination are guaranteed through the establishment of the whole procedure quality control in course examination.
