摘　　要：教育作为一项培养人的社会活动,是社会发展的必然要求,只有具有与时代相一致的教育思想,才能引导一个推动时代向前发展的教育模式的构成。文章以小学语文教育专业的《小学语文教材教法》为研究对象,从把握时代发展的精神入手,改革过去的教育观,树立与时代精神相适宜的新教育教学观,以构筑中文方向师范生就职前"专业"发展平台为目的,对时代特点以及应具有的新教育思想(教育对象观、教学观)、教育策略几方面进行阐述。Education as a social activity with its aims to cultivate people is a necessary requirement for social developent. Educational thinking only consistent with the times can push forward the development of educational models. In this paper ＂language teaching matcriuls and methods in primary school＂ is regarded as the research object. Starting with grasping the spirits of the times the paper deals with reforuing of the past educational philasophy, fostering the new concept of educational philesophy, building pre-professional development platform for Chinese normal majors and further explains the new education ideas （educational object concept, teaching concept） , education policy as well.
