摘 要:[目的]探索影响在校大学生合理饮食的因素,为开展营养健康教育等干预措施提供依据。[方法]采用分层整群抽样的方法选取四川大学不同性别、年级、专业的大学生共计833名,进行饮食与健康知识—态度—行为问卷调查。[结果]绝大部分大学生的营养态度积极,但对营养知识缺乏全面了解并存在不合理饮食行为。[结论]应结合不同专业、性别、年级学生特点进行营养知识宣传,培养健康的饮食行为。[Objective] To explore the factors on rational diet of undergraduate students, so as to provide reference for the future nutritional health education and interventions. [Methods] Stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 833 college students in Sichuan University on different gender, grade and subject. An investigation was carried out for the diet and health knowledge-attitude-behavior questionnaire. [Results] Majority of students held a positive attitude towards nutrition. However, they were lack of a comprehen sive understanding of nutrition knowledge and had unreasonable dietary behavior. [Conclusion] We should disseminate the knowledge in combine with the characteristics of students in different disciplines, sex and grade, and cultivate the health eating behaviors.
